In the Command box, click to initiate a search.
At the top of Teams, search for the name of the person you were chatting with and select their name. You'll notice that the chat history is hidden.
The conversation will now appear in your chat list on the left. If you don't see it immediately, you can use the "Filter Teams" filter icon to search for it.
Once you locate the conversation in the chat list, click on the "More options" button and choose "Unhide."
Select "Show Hidden Chat History" to reveal the conversation.
